At Coral Heat, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on unused, unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Form to receive a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Returned items must be in new condition, with original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply if applicable.

Please note:

• Customized or personalized items are final sale, unless they arrive defective or damaged
  
• Clearance items and exchanged items are final sale
  
• Promotional discounts are prorated across returned items and reflected in refund amounts
  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.

If you’d prefer a different piece, we offer exchanges within 60 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate an exchange, contact us through our Contact Form. We’ll help you find a replacement you love or offer store credit if preferred.

We’re happy to explore small custom changes when possible. Jewelry should feel personal, and we understand that sometimes a small tweak makes all the difference.

While we can’t guarantee all requests, we’ll always do our best. Reach out via our Contact Form or use the “Ask a Question” option on the product page to start the conversation.

We offer free USPS First Class shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum purchase required.

Mexico & Canada

Orders ship via USPS First Class. Free shipping is available on orders $75 and over.

If your jewelry ever experiences an issue due to craftsmanship, such as a loose component or a break, please reach out to us. We’re happy to review the piece and work with you to make it right.

In many cases, we can repair the original item once it’s returned to us. If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll offer a replacement of the same or similar design, depending on availability.

To help keep this process smooth:

• The original piece must be returned for evaluation
  
• Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us
  
• Repairs or replacements are handled at our discretion based on wear, use, and materials
  

This promise does not cover intentional damage, improper use, or modifications made outside of Coral Heat. However, if you’re unsure, we always encourage you to reach out. We’re happy to take a look.
