I have ADHD and bought this as an inconspicuous fidget bracelet and it’s perfect! Both the cylinder bead and the hex nut can be moved or spun, and it’s extremely comfortable. It’s also easy to put on and take off.
The seller was responsive and very kind when I had a question before purchasing.
